I AM INSISTING FOR SIGNATURES OF BORT LAND OWNER AND BUILDER BUT BUILDER SAYS OWNER WILL SIGN AS WITNESS ONLY AND HE SAYS THAT IF OWNER SIGNS IN REGISRATION THE DOCUMENT IS NOT VALID. CAN I TAKE DIRECTLY FROM THAT agpa which is registered with signature of owner as witness. as there is no sale deed in between them , will it not be affected bu SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT IN suraj lamp case. pl suggest me sir.
