Subject: Kaunsa.com - Online Website Not Refunding Money

Description: I had ordered Philips Epilator on their website in July 2013 and the delivery date confirmed was 20th July 2013 and I had paid Rs.2834/- for the same. But later on after franctic calling for month and two i came to know that product is not available, hence they cannot give refund and instead offered to give me Credit Voucher, thru which I can purchase another product.
After 4 month long follow up they gave me on 17th October 2013 "With reference to your order Id with Kaunsa.com " KA/143988/R6DU7MU2 " we are issuing you a cash voucher worth Rs." 2834" reference id being " O82U-8K8W-1ENH-YXCH " that you can use to purchase anything that you wish"
Still after this the word Discount Voucher Code is not showing when we are purchasing and want to apply this Voucher code and since then have given them numerous mails n complains on site and Calls but still they have not updated the same.

Could u look into this and help to Recover my money and also Punish such fraud peoples. Their Phone no. is 0120-4835000 which gets connected after 100 calls and then they give big GOLI.
