Subject: Sale of Property by GPA

Description: 1 The House was allotted by Hyderabad Urban Development Authority in 1981 (HUDA) now Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) after the Lease cum sale Deed Agreement, and the Possession was given in the year 1991.
2 The Allotee gave the GPA as well as declared nominee to me, after taking total sale consideration from me as per the Terms and conditions of irrevocable GPA in the year 1991. And the GPA is Notarised in the year 1991
3 The Lease cum Sale Agreement was registered in the year 1998 by Hyderabad Development Authority now HMDA on the name of Allotee
4 Now the Allotee is no more, whether the GPA can sell the above House to their blood relation.


Testimony: I testify that the information provided above is true to the best of my knowledge and I have no malafide intention in making this submission and if so not found in future, I will be responsible for any liability arising from it. I confirm that I have the necessary supporting evidence to prove my submission and I undertake to furnish the same if need be.

  1. Since you are the GPA holder, you can transfer the property in the name of your blood relation. You will need the lease-cum-sale agreement in your custody to do that.
