I would like to know what can be done about a company called Homemark that has deducted money from my bank account without my authorisation? I have made numerous calls to the call centre to have the money refunded to me to no avail. I've emailed my dissatisfaction with regards to the poor service and sheer rudeness of one of the staff members. A week has passed and still I have had no money transferred back into my bank account.

Please help.

  1. you can take action against both the company and your bank for fraud as the transaction was not authorized by you. file complaint with the regulatory authority and consumer court.
