Subject: Pathetic Service / Awaiting approval forever!!!!
Description:
I would gladly like to log a complaint regarding my insurance at OUTSURANCE! It has been almost 3 WEEKS after the accident and the car is still in my possession awaiting approval and signatures from the supervisors and managers at OUTSURANCE and is still NOT at the panel beaters to repair.
The accident took place on the 19th of May 2011. Herewith details of the accident. My wife was on her way to work with my/our Ford Icon TDCi Trend 1.4 2008 model when a woman bumped her from behind where she tried to swerve out and hit the car in front of her at the on-ramp onto the N1 highway North at Malibongwe. We followed the correct procedure and went to the Police Station later that afternoon and also went to the accessor which Outsurance appointed. Ever since NOTHING has been done yet and we are still waiting for approval from OUTSURANCE after I follow up almost every day with them! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!! PS: Baby (1st born) due for end of June 2011.

normally there are norms prescribed by insurance regulatory authority which every insurance company needs to comply with. if you think there is violation you can file a complaint with the regulatory authority as well can also file complaint with your local consumer court seeking adequate compensation including court and lawyer fees and all the pain you had to go through.
