Subject: Excessive billing and other issues..
Description:
I am using reliance broadband service. My Subscriber Number is 9326849024. I Opt for 3GB Day & 10GB night plan. I am paying 936.36 Rs. from last 7 months. (1049 –200(discount) + tax service). my weekly usage report is not regularly. When I asked about that to reliance executive then they told me it's because of system problem at their end. When I sent mail on 11May 2011, I have added special note demanding for Weekly usage report for April-May month. In response mail it has been told me that appropriate action will be taken, No action taken against that till date ? Was it written just like that? For current month, I got the bill for 5103.37Rs.I got the itemized bill on demad.In that it was shown that my usage is huge for this month. I have exceeded my limit of 3GB Day and 10GB night. If you see my previous history (past 7 months) I never crosses defined limit of 3GB/10GB. The Weeks in which my usage was increased, for that week no weekly usage report has been send? Plz help me.

you should escalate the matter if the customer care is unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Ask for all relevant weekly usage reports and study them carefully to point out any arbitrary usage. refer all your findings to senior customer care mgmt in relaince.
ReplyDeleteif you feel you have been cheated and they are not ready to resolve the matter then you should drag them to consumer court and include all charges such as lawyer fees, court fees etc in your claim amount.
