Subject: Disfigured my pashmina shawl sent for drycleaning
Description:
I had given a pashmina shawl for drycleaning at your outlet in Shop no.8, DDA Market, Shanti Niketan. The invoice no. is A0191002277 and the item no. on the invoice is 7. The shawls exquisite print has been completely damaged and disfigured beyond recognition and the fabric of the shawl is also roughed-up. I was extremely shocked and broken-down to see my cherished possession in this state and strongly protest and request adequate penal action against the guilty and compensation for the same, however any compensation will be too little to compensate the loss of the cherished possession to which i was so emotionally attached.
I have also reported the issue to your customer care center and the complaint no. provided to me is C4138 dt. 2-apr-2011 and i was told that they haven't called-in the shawl yet from their outlet in shanti niketan and promised to get back within 5days time.
