Subject: Customer Support Issue
Description:
I wanted to get certain DNS records of a domain name i recently registered through them for which the request was made on 27-Jan-2011 and the first response that i received from them and that too by email was on 1-Feb-2011 which effectively means 6 days response time. There customer support lines are never picked-up. It is really sad. All this prompted me to explore the option of domain transfer to godaddy.com...

  1. It seems that if you are able to escalate the matter to SME Head, Rajiva Singh, things move fast but is that the right approach everytime you need to contact customer support. I believe they urgently need to streamline their customer support to retain their customers. Hope going fwd we get to see that. let me know if anyone needs help on this front.

  2. I recently had a requirement related to whois and they responded fast as i was able to take it up with Rajiva Singh. But again it cannot be the lasting approach.
