Yes, you can either sell your flat directly on GPA or you may apply for freehold for which you will need to execute the sale-deed in your favour first.

2. Registered SPA
3. Will
4. Sale to Agreement
Please suggest in this case is it possible to get this property freehold or sell it to another person as per supreme court judgement.
I verified the documents again and found the below list of documents which was dated in the month of Jan 2012 for the DDA Janta Flat in Delhi, we purchased it from actual allotee:

2. Registered SPA
3. Will
4. Sale to Agreement
Please suggest in this case is it possible to get this property freehold or sell it to another person as per the latest supreme court judgments.

Yes, you can sell it for sure based on the documents you possess. The supreme court judgement is no hindrance in selling your flat.
DeleteNow a days DDA offers all flats on freehold basis and if it is not so in your case you can apply for freehold status from DDA.
