I had ordered the product in August and now its over one and half month. What is the status? Your mail below states that on 27th Sep it is getting shipped. After that two weeks is over (today 8th Oct) still no status updates. I will be approaching consumer grievance forums to have my product delivered or money refunded with adequate penalty. I suggest you start answering your mails and start taking note of consumer grievances seriously.
