- Completely filled FORM A with signature
- Original documents with xerox copy
- Two passport size photograph on both copies of documents (Purchaser)
- Original ID proof of the concerned parties (Purchaser and two witnesses) like Election Id. Card, Pan Card, Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card
- Stamp duty (with correct value of e-stamp duty)
- Bank Draft of Registration fee with Undertaking / Affidavit
- If transaction is for more than Rs.5,00,000/- copy of Pan Card or Form 60
NOTES:
- For conversion of lease hold property into free hold property, duty @ 6% in case of men and 4% in case of women has to be paid through Collector of Stamps / SDM.
- Registration fee is 1% of the total value of Conveyance Deed + Rs.100/- pasting charges + any amount which may be added to round off the total figure has to be deposited at Sub-Registrar office at the time of registration.
- Registration fee more than Rs.5,000/- will be accepted by demand draft / pay order. DD should be made in favor of "DDO DC OFFICE DISTT. NEW DELHI".

Some body told me that they asked for the draft to be made in favour of "DDO DC Office Disst. WEST" while depositing papers for registration of conveyance deed at Vikas Sadan. It was panic at the 11th hour. How could it be?
