DDA Conveyance Deed (CD) execution requirements

Here are the requirements for Delhi Development Authority (DDA) Conveyance Deed (CD) execution where loan has not been availed.

- Two witnesses (in person other than family member) along with their original id proof (Election Id/ Passport) and photocopies(atleast 2 copies) duly attested.
- ID proof (Election Id/ Passport) of allottee and spouse in original and attested photocopies (atleast 2 copies) thereof.
- Four un-attested passport size photographs of allottee, spouse and witness.
- Possession slip in original and its photocopy duly attested.
- Attested copy of the treasury challan.
- Attested copy of the PAN card of both allottee and spouse.
- Your complete original file for any other document requirement or verification by DDA folks.
- Affidavit (notarized) for no loan or mortagage. If a loan is avialed requirements are different.
- Affidavit (notarized) for non-sale of the flat under ref. Please note that the date on affidavit should be same as CD execution date given by DDA.
- Proof of physical possession such as electricity or water bill.

In loan cases there are few more additional requirements over what has been specified above.

  2. Affidavit for non-sale of flat is req. The language can be picked from one of the affidavits already submitted as part of possession set.

    If no loan is availed then an affidavit in that respect is also req. A simple stmt is enough.

    1. In loan cases:
      - No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Loan sanctioning Authority.

      - Attested photocopy of Id Proof of Authorised Bank Official with attestation of his signature to whom the Conveyance Deed papers are to be handed over after execution.

    I have a loan sanction letter for my allotted DDA flat, what do I need to do further... I mean I don't know whether the bank has to provide me the money first or to get money from the bank I have to get conveyance deed issued ... pl. help me out, I would really appreciate it.

  5. bank will provide you the money first which you need to deposit to DDA against the demand amount.

    After you have made the payment you need to submit requisite docs to DDA as per their demand letter.

  6. I do not have electricity/water bill but I have the receipt of water connection of INR 500 deposited as security at the time of taking possession of the flat. Will that suffice?
