Subject: Cellphone contract dispute
Description: My contract with MTN ended at the end of 2009 however I had an outstanding balance and MTN refused to close the contract and have been billing as if I still had a contract with them. MTN will not allow me to upgrade or downgrade the contract and have cut off all the services. They are therefor keeping me in a contract which has expired and are keeping on billing me for services that they are not providing me. Surely this is not legal?
Testimony: I testify that the information provided above is true to the best of my knowledge and I have no malafide intention in making this submission and if so not found in future, I will be responsible for any liability arising from it. I confirm that I have the necessary supporting evidence to prove my submission and I undertake to furnish the same if need be.
