Description: I have applied for the reissuance of my passport on 20-July-2011. Although the police verification was completed on 08-Aug-2011 but till date the status as shown on the website displays 'Police report is clear. Application is under process'.

I have emailed the grievance cell at the following e-mail ids:

But the fact of the matter is that till date no action has been taken and I am still waiting for my passport. Due to the unavailability of the passport, I have also suffered great loss both at the professional as well as personal front.
