Subject: Cheated by SCHMITY HOM
Description: We bought our modular kitchen from SCHMITT HOM Marathhalli. A person by name muthy booked out order. The product was committed to be delivered by 16th May 2011, but they couldn't delivered it and complete the order for 2 months beyond the timelines. The proucts that they committed in the shop are not he prodcuts they delivered. When we call them and get the product for our money , no single responsible person responds. there are couple of managers who visited out home multiple times but no change was seen. Even till date we have loose doors and shutters, various undelivered prodcuts as per our requirement. Quite unprofessional and irresponsible this management exhibits their behavior.
