Subject: iNSPITE OF MY FOLLOWUP SINCE LAST 15 DAYS MY COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED
Description: I had Purchased Two Ceiling Fans on 28th August 2011(Sunday) from one of the Authorised Dealer(Vijayraj Sales Raopura Vadodara) of USHA Fans on 28th AUGUST 2011 (36").

Immediately after 8 Days one of the Fan stopped working and when I contacted the Dealer Vijayraj Sales they asked to contact the Customer Care i.e Ganesh Repairing Works Baroda.When I contacted them they did sent one Person Mr.Sanjay from their Office.

He came to my residence next day and told to us that the motor is not working and it needs to be replaced , so he took the motor with him and replaced the motor in TWO Days.

The New replaced motor which he bought and installed it got stopped after TWO Days and now i am continuously following up with Dealer and the person who installed it [SINCE 16TH SEPTEMBER 2011] but no one is ready to hear my complaint.and Every time I call them they give the person would come today morning today evening and so on.If you want I can provide you my Mobile Call Register List.

can you please help me out in this matter.

    We observe that you have been struggling to get your grievance addressed suitably.

    We suggest the following actions that may help you to resolve your grievance ASAP.

    - Send your product / service owner 10 days written notice by registered post describing in detail the entire dispute and the suffering so far. You must also specify what you are looking for in terms of compensation and enforcement actions that you intend to take if the dispute is not resolved amicably within the said notice period.
    - The notice should be sent by registered post and addressed to the competent authority in the company and the copy should be marked to their agent.
    - A copy of the same notice should also be sent to them by email with CC to support@ConsumerRightsMission.com.
    - Now authorize us to act in the said matter on your behalf by sending us an email at support@ConsumerRightsMission.com with a copy of the said notice attached to it. Please specify the date when the said notice was sent by registered post and is expected to be delivered to the product / service owner. Please attach a copy of the registered post delivery slip for our reference.

    Once you are done with the actions as specified above, we will do all that we can to help you in the matter.
