Subject: very badly abused, threatend & cheated by there agent
Description: Dear sir,
around two monts back i recieved call from the head office of metlife company, they told that randomly we selected your no. and we have special plan for you,
they explained the plan and told that our agent will approch you in next 2-3 days, there agent mr. Anwar(09796614107) came and explaind the plan once again, as follows:-
.you have to pay 20thousand anually for 5yrs and you will get the one lac eighty eight thousand at the completion of your policy.
.also you will get Health claim of 2Lac's upto whole life
.we will genrate policy bonus in every 6 months that is five thousand rs. this bonus also you will get.
.he told that it's met sukh plan
After understanding i asked him to give this in written, then he said it will come in written only on the policy bond which we will deliver in 15 days of time and we will come personally to hanover the bond.
then i given him PNB cheque of 5000rs in favouring of metlife india insurance company ltd.
After waiting arod two months he won't came to deliver the bond then i contact there branch in Udhampur and requested them to dispatch the bond at my temporary addrss, i recived the bond on 3rd september. But i got shock that the plan is tottaly diffrent and the face value is 133000rs only. there is no bonus and no health coverage,
it was Met suvidha plan.
that day i tried to contact mr. anwar upto late night for the clarifictions but he won't picked up my call, next day i called him from my friend no. He recieved the call and instead clearing the matter he started abusing me very badly by using very bad words about my mother, sister and other family mambers,
He also threatend me and cut the call,
then i done complaind in there grievance cell but after waiting more than 10 days i have submit the complaind in IRDA under complaind no. 09-11-012291, they asked me to wait for one month, but i want to teach that person a very good lesson so i want to file the case against him and his company, so plz look in the matter and justify.

    We observe that you have been struggling to get your grievance addressed suitably.

    We suggest the following actions that may help you to resolve your grievance ASAP.

    - Send your product / service owner 10 days written notice by registered post describing in detail the entire dispute and the suffering so far. You must also specify what you are looking for in terms of compensation and enforcement actions that you intend to take if the dispute is not resolved amicably within the said notice period.
    - The notice should be sent by registered post and addressed to the competent authority in the company and the copy should be marked to their agent.
    - A copy of the same notice should also be sent to them by email with CC to support@ConsumerRightsMission.com.
    - Now authorize us to act in the said matter on your behalf by sending us an email at support@ConsumerRightsMission.com with a copy of the said notice attached to it. Please specify the date when the said notice was sent by registered post and is expected to be delivered to the product / service owner. Please attach a copy of the registered post delivery slip for our reference.

    Once you are done with the actions as specified above, we will do all that we can to help you in the matter.
