Subject: TELEVISION FAULTY

Good day
My son bought a Samsung HD Television on 15th May 2011 at House&Home in Somerset Mall. The picture quality was not in order due to a faulty USB port.
The colour was not correct. The sales man did not explain the correct size for the cable. I have been to H&H to complain and I have made numerous phonecalls but everyone is evading me re the tv.
I was told to take the tv in for them to send it away for repairs but they cant even loan me a tv and I want the tv replaced or my money back. It is 09.05.2011 already and this has been going on for a while now.
Please call me urgently.

  1. escalate this to Samsung and request them for a probe in this case and penalise their agent. if that doesn't work file a complaint with consumer court seeking compensation along with lawyer, court fees and other expenses incurred in the process.
