Subject: non attendance of fault repair

Sir,
I had reegistered a complaint with videocon customer care on 20-05-2011 reg nonworking of TV. They have given me a complaint No. and nothing else has happened. The firm had assured me thet their service engineer will attend to the fault within 24 hrs. But even after 8 days no body has turned up. I had many times reminded the customer care dept, but every time they say that they have already forwarded the complaint to the service centre.
please advise.

you need to escalate the issue to the senior mgmt of videocon. find out contact details from their website or by some other means and do the needful. alternatively, ask them to provide you with the contact details of service centre and if you set is covered in on-site warranty. you may have to take your tv set to the service centre.
