Do we have the right to know the email id of the CEO/HOD/CMDs of the company. Despite persistent efforts, their customer care do not share it.

you may not have the right to know the email id of the top-shot in the company, however, you very much have the right to consumer redressal. If you want to escalate your complaint, you may write to their top-shot at their office address. You may also fax your complaint. It is very easy to find out registered contact details of a company.

Today is the era of outsourcing everything including for customer care. Customer work only in a stereotype manner, for a mechanical response for a particular problem. Some times problems are of non routine nature. There you get stuck up with outsourced customer care is not concerned even if the company losses customers, while company's top shots get rid off the customer communications, by limiting them to the customer care.
