Delta Air Lines needs to stop cheating folks by double billing. We paid twice...once with our debit card and again with cash at Port Columbus just to change travel dates.
You should see the ridiculous chain mail...the administrative cost of retrieving $100.= is more than $100.=
This is plain injustice.

simply not acceptable. you should file a complaint with local aviation regulatory authority and also ask the airliner for due compensation for the harrassment and pain you had to go through.
