I bought a set o couches from Design Style Interiors at Homemakers Expo on 26 February 2011. I paid R10 000 on the same day (26 Feb 2011). Then I deposited another R10 000 on 31 March 2011 and R5 000 on 01-April 2011. The shop owner, Francois, indicated that the couches will be delivered on 22 April 2011 but the truck never arrived. I made a follow-up call on 25 April and he indicate that he will deliver on 28 April 2011 nothing was delivered. the last promised he made was to deliver on 13 May 2011. his conctact details: 082-828-6719/ 072-105-4411/051-433-4231/051-4488-550. Shop 23- Northridge Mall, Eeufees Road, Bloemfontein.
Please assist me in recovering the money i paid.

give him 10days final notice for delivery after which the order stands cancelled from your side and ask for refund and necessary penalty. send the copy of the same to the necessary enforcing authority of your area.
