Subject: Grievenece Against the Service & Misbheviour by Installation Person of Dish TV
Description:
I have purchased a Samsung TV from the Samsung exclusive showroom - Ambience Mall (Dealer Name - Dawar's Open World) on 16 Feb 2011 and I was offered a free Dish TV.
I was initially told by Samsung person, who have delivered the TV that tomorrow (17/2/2011) including the Dish TV.
The next day when the TV was installed by Samsung person, then he said that we have to register fro Dish TV and it will installed by Dish TV itself.
Even after requesting for a quick installation, we always got a reply that our request will be processed in 72 Hrs and we were given a complain No. 54266015.
Finally I got a call from the Dish TV person for Installation on Friday afternoon, when there was nobody at my premises and I requested him to come on Monday morning, which he confirmed (talked with person on cell no. 9810788123)
After tracing a long, I finally got connected with the respective person who will come for Installation and he came in the evening around 17:00 Hr. His name is Mr. Deepak - +91

In this case you should report the matter directly to Samsung as they should take the full responsibility of their offer and/ or dealer and should make sure that consumer doesn't go through any kind of harrassment due to their promotional offers. We will also include your grievance in our periodic reports to them.
ReplyDeleteWe are the distributor of DISH TV in Hapur and we had a very bad experience with this as the company cheated us . They billed the Activation kits and now not ready to provide the hardware and set top boxes for that so we are unable to sell it off also our dealers are abusing us for not providing the material as promised earlier so we want to raise a complaint against this mental harrassment and bad name for us.
