Subject: property on general power of attorney

Description: dear sir,
we have a property in bangalore.
original land owner and his wife (representing there minor children) had given GPA to Mrs.x in 1986 which was not registered but only notoryized. Mrs.x executed a registered sale deed to Mr.y (her husband) in the year 1994 and passed away in 1998. Mr.y regularized by paying betterment charges and got katta in his name. later Mr.y sold the property to my father thru registered sale deed in 2001, my father got katta transfered to his name and build a house after obtaining building plan in 2002 and we were living since then. my father passed away in 2008, there after in 2013 i got the property registered in my name thru released deed and got katta transfered in my name. my question is..
a) can original land owner claim on the property.
b) can legal heirs of original land owner claim on the property.
c) do i have full right on the property.
d) do i face any legal problems in future.
e) can i sell the property.
f) does the purchaser face any legal problems in future.
