Subject: Sale of Property by GPA

Description: Dear Sir,
1)The House was allotted by Hyderabad Development Authority(HUDA) in 1981 now Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority(HMDA) after the lease cum sale deed agreement,and the possession was given in the year 1991 .

2) The Allottee gave the Irrevocable GPA and Nominee to XYZ with Notary, at the time of sale consideration with HUDA /HMDA in the year 1991.

3) The lease cum sale agreement registered by HUDA/ HMDAin the year 1998 on the name of Allotte .
4) Now the Allotte is no more , and the query is whether the GPA can sell the house to some one else or not.


Testimony: I testify that the information provided above is true to the best of my knowledge and I have no malafide intention in making this submission and if so not found in future, I will be responsible for any liability arising from it. I confirm that I have the necessary supporting evidence to prove my submission and I undertake to furnish the same if need be.
