1. Najrana:- Means person who presents some gifts to the officials being appointed on some senior position prior to the work being given to the official in gesture that he will do his work.
2. Shukarana:- Means the official would not demand any thing but in response to completion of work a person wish to offer some gift to the official.
3. Jabrana:- The official will never say that he won't do the job but he will delay the work citing different reasons abruptly. The time line will never be followed. The person himself will ask at some stage and offer him.
