Description: Dear Sir/MAM,
I had reservation for 29th Dec 2010 for three passengers by August KRANTI RAJ EX- TRAIN #12953 from Mumbai central to NZM station.
The train was cancelled due to GUJJAR agitation en route to Delhi and accordingly I was informed by the Railways that ticket amount will be refunded to me. Accordingly I filed the TDR for the refund.
It is almost one year since the train was cancelled but I have not been given refund by IRCTC/RAILWAYS despite sending hundreds of emails. The details of reservation and TDR are as below:
