Subject: Complain Against Telkom : 8.ta Services
Description: I purcased an a 8.ta data bundle on special at the Telkom Shop,West Acres, Potchefstroom just to discover that the service was not available in the Potchefstroom area. Within 7 days I cancelled the contract and was refunded for the modem by them. They now continue to deduct money from my acount. I lodged a complain with their complain office, reference 72832. My account number is 333512866 with Telcom. I need to be refunded to the amounts of R482.44 and R 199.00 which they deducted for a service not rendered. The promises of their complaints line came to nothing. How can they advertise aservice that they cannot provide. The transaction took place in July 2011
