Subject: service charged for and paid for, but not done
Description:
supplier charged per Quotation, and was paid in full, but the work has not been done. asked him not to go on, he agreed to refund, but 3 weeks later no feedback or refund

  1. you can file a complaint with consumer court seeking amount due along with court and advocate fees and also for the pain you had to go through. give them a written notice of 10days by registered post beyond which you can start your proceedings against them.
