Subject: PLOT PURCHASED FROM DEVELOPER:development agreement cum gpa (registered)

Description: Purchased plot thru Reg Sale Deed from Developer who had DA cum GPA with Land Owners.63% of Developed land in Developers share and 37% share to Land Owners. My plot belongs to Developers share of 63%.Now the Land Owners have sent notice to treat the Sale Deed Null and Void because as per DAcum GPA the Developer did not take written consent from Land Owners before selling the plot.And that the Developer did not built houses on the 37% plots of Land Owners and to treat the entire Development cum GPA as null and void and cancellation of all sale deeds of Developers share because:
1. Developer did not take written consent from Owners.
2. Not built 30 houses on their plots which was part of the DAcun GPA
3. Time period elapsed for construction of houses.Suggest what to do
